What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is your email address – and only if you sign up for the newsletter. The site has no user accounts and no checkout.

Purpose and legal basis

Your email address is used to send you news about Surefoot products. The legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by contacting us.

Storage and processors

Sign-ups are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify. Data may be processed in the United States under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics.

Links to other sites

Shop links lead to external stores (e.g. skiboots.com) with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
